Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Hexai, an iOS pony gate game, handles information used by the app. Hexai provides local gameplay features including 30 levels, training, scores, favorites, achievements, tips, and a local player profile.
When you tap Start Playing, Hexai creates a local player profile. The profile and gameplay records may include a generated local identifier, nickname, bio, optional avatar image, pony training attributes, training history, gate scores, completion times, stars, unlocked progress, favorite gates, achievements, tip preferences, and sound and haptics settings. Hexai stores this information in the app's private container so it can provide gameplay and remember your choices.
The Start Playing flow does not create an online account and does not require an email address, password, or other account credentials. This local information is not transmitted to a Hexai-operated server and is not used for advertising or tracking.
Camera access is requested only after you tap Take Photo to create or change your profile image. If you choose an existing image, Hexai uses the iOS system photo picker or photo library interface and copies only the selected image into the app's private container for use as your avatar.
Microphone access is requested only after you choose a microphone run or rhythm practice. Hexai analyzes short-lived audio samples on this device to detect sound level and rhythm beats. It does not create or store audio recordings, and it does not upload microphone audio. Touch controls remain available if you deny or revoke microphone access. Hexai does not request or use Contacts, Location Services, or the advertising identifier.
After a gate, the Share action prepares a short score message and opens the iOS system share sheet. You choose whether to continue and which app or recipient receives the message. Hexai does not independently transmit the message or retain a copy after the system share flow. Any destination app handles content you choose to share under its own privacy policy and terms.
The current version of Hexai does not include advertising, analytics, crash reporting, remote databases, or online account services. Hexai does not sell, rent, or share local profile or gameplay information with third parties for their own purposes. The iOS system may process information as needed to provide system features that you choose to use.
If you contact support@hexai.com, Hexai may receive your email address and the contents of your message. This information is used to respond to your request and to maintain support records as reasonably necessary. Support information is not used for advertising. You may ask for a support message to be deleted by contacting the same address.
Hexai keeps local profile and gameplay information until you delete it, remove the app, or iOS removes the app's private container. Reset Progress clears gate scores and unlocked progress only; it does not remove your profile or favorites.
Delete Local Profile in Settings removes the local profile, avatar file, run history, training history, favorites, tip records, sound and haptics settings, and related local gameplay data from the app. This action cannot be undone. Because the core data is local-only, Hexai does not keep a separate server copy. Hexai cannot delete content that you choose to send to another app or service; use that service's controls for that content.
You can edit your nickname, bio, and avatar in the app, decline or revoke camera and photo permissions in iOS Settings, reset game progress, or delete the local profile from Settings. Core gameplay does not depend on granting camera or photo access.
Nickname, bio, and avatar are optional customization features stored locally on this device. Please do not enter contact details or sensitive personal information in these fields.
If this policy changes, the updated text will appear in the app and on this page. The Last updated date identifies the latest revision.
